A short origin story
We began as a small kitchen where technique mattered more than trend. Over years of pop-ups, private dinners, and studio work we honed a method — careful sourcing, repeated tasting, and quiet presentation.
Intro: A chef and a maker met around a worn wooden table. Beginning: They cooked with neighbors, borrowed tools, and learned patience. Today: That workshop is a small studio that consults for creative hosts and designs tasting menus rooted in place and season. Our work values craft over scale and attention over shortcuts.
